What Kala does

It answers the questions people ask before they sign up, then signs them up.

Knows what's on

Kala knows your upcoming events, their dates and place, and how many seats are left right now.

Registers in the chat

Name, email and the number of attendees, up to 20 at once. The visitor gets a reference straight away.

Never overbooks

Seats are checked and taken in one step, so two visitors can't both get the last seat.

Suggests another date

If an event is full, closed or over, Kala says so and offers the ones still open.

Every registration, counted.

Registrations land in CRM → Requests with the event, the date and the number of attendees, and each event shows how many seats are taken.

  • A reference for every registration. Attendees can quote it at the door.
  • Attendees in your CRM. Everyone who registers becomes a contact, with the conversation.
  • Seats come back. Cancel a registration and its seats are free again.
  • One list per event. Filter requests by event to see who's coming.
