What Kala does

It handles the whole booking in the conversation, the way your front desk would.

Offers only free times

Kala works from your opening hours, appointment length, breaks between appointments and closed days. Visitors only see times that are really free.

Answers before it books

Prices, how long it takes, what to bring, where to park. Visitors book once their questions are answered.

Confirms before it saves

It says the service, date and time back to the visitor, then saves the booking with a reference.

Takes a message instead

If no time suits them, the visitor can leave a message and your team follows up.

Every booking lands in your calendar and CRM.

Bookings show in Kala's calendar and in CRM → Requests, with the visitor's details and the whole conversation.

  • A reference for every booking. The visitor gets it in the chat and can quote it if they call.
  • Linked to the contact. Name, email and the full transcript are saved together in your CRM.
  • Statuses you can work. Move each booking from New to Confirmed to Done, or cancel it.
  • Reply from one inbox. Email or text the visitor back from Kala. Their replies land in the same thread.

Good to know

Or ask Kala. It's live on this page.

Does it sync with Google Calendar or Calendly?

Not yet. Bookings show in Kala's own calendar and in your CRM, and your team works them from there.

Can two people book the same time?

Only if you allow it. You set how many bookings each time slot can take, for example two chairs at a salon.

How far ahead can visitors book?

You choose. Set the shortest notice you need, such as one hour, and how many days ahead bookings open.

Does it work in other languages?

Yes. Kala replies in the language the visitor uses, by voice or text, and switches if they do.

Other use cases

Pick one as Kala's main job. The requests from the others can be turned on too.
