Every visitor gets a guide who knows your product.
Kala talks with visitors, knows the page they're on, and answers from your own content. It explains, recommends, fixes problems and books the call. You add it with one script tag.
Hear Kala talk about your own website.
Paste your address. Kala reads up to 8 of your public pages, then you can ask it what your visitors would ask. It takes about a minute.
The help your website can't give on its own.
Visitors leave when they can't find an answer. Kala gives them one, out loud, and moves them to the next step. It's already guiding buyers on macdupl.app.
Explain the product
Answers "how does it work?" and "can it do this?" from your pages, docs and FAQs.
Recommend the right fit
Asks what the visitor needs, compares your plans, and answers "is it worth it?" with your own numbers.
Solve customer problems
Walks people through setup and fixes, step by step. If it can't solve it, it opens a ticket with the details.
Capture leads and book calls
When a visitor is ready, Kala takes their details or books a call on your calendar, mid-conversation.
-
Knows where they are
Kala knows which page and section the visitor is on and what they point at, with no screen sharing. "This one" just works.
-
Speaks their language
Replies in the language the visitor uses, and switches if they do.
-
Stays on topic
Talks only about your business. Off-topic questions get a polite redirect.
-
Talk or type
Visitors can speak or type, and switch whenever they like. Same agent, same answers.
One assistant, set up for how you work.
Pick the job that matters most to your business. Kala starts from a setup made for it, and every request it takes lands in your inbox.

Product Knowledge
For any business with lots to explain.
- Answers detailed questions from your pages and documents only.
- Opens the right page as it explains.
- Says when it doesn't know and passes the question to your team.
Every conversation lands in your CRM.
No copying chat logs into a spreadsheet. When a visitor leaves their details or books a call, Kala adds them to a sales pipeline that's built in.
- Saved with context. Each contact comes with the full transcript, earlier visits and any bookings.
- A pipeline you can work. Move leads from new to won, add notes and set follow-up dates.
- Reply from one inbox. Email or text the visitor back. Their replies land in the same thread.
- Every chat, summed up. See what each visitor wanted, in which language and how it went. One click translates a chat you can't read.
- Learns what it missed. Kala lists the questions it couldn't answer, most-asked first. Add the answer once and it uses it from then on.
One plan instead of a stack of subscriptions.

Questions before you apply
Or ask Kala. It knows the answers and can book you a call.
What does early access cost?
Pricing is to be announced. Early access is a paid pilot, and we'll share the price with you after the discovery call. Applying costs nothing.
Does Kala see the visitor's screen?
No. Kala never sees the screen. It only knows the page address, the heading of the section in view and the label of what the visitor points at, so "this one" works. Only the conversation itself is kept.
Will it make things up?
Kala answers only from the sources you connect, and says so when it doesn't know. Those questions show up in your dashboard, most-asked first, so you can add the answer once and it gets it right next time.
Why is it called Kala?
In Javanese temples like Borobudur and Prambanan, a carved Kala face sits above the doorway and watches over everyone who walks in. Our Kala does the same job for your website: it greets each visitor, knows the page they're on and walks them to what they came for. In Sanskrit and Indonesian, kala also means time, and Kala is there at the moment a visitor needs help.
Can one site use more than one use case?
Yes. You pick one as Kala's main job, which decides what it steers visitors toward. The request types (bookings, inquiries, orders, tickets and registrations) can be turned on together, so a clinic can take bookings and open support tickets on the same site. You can change either any time.
Every visitor greeted. Every question answered.
