A shop assistant on every product page.
Kala asks what the shopper needs, recommends from your product pages and opens the right one while it talks. When they've decided, it takes an order request that your shop confirms.

What Kala does
It helps shoppers choose, the way a good assistant in a shop would.
Asks before it recommends
What it's for, the size, the budget. Kala narrows it down instead of listing everything.
Takes them to the product
Kala opens the product page or scrolls to the right section while it talks, so the shopper sees what it means.
Sticks to what you publish
It only mentions prices, sizes and stock that are on your pages. It never makes them up.
Takes the order request
Product, variant, quantity and delivery address, with a reference. Your shop confirms price, stock and delivery.
Order requests, ready to confirm.
Each request lands in CRM → Requests with what they want and where it goes. Your team checks stock, confirms the price and delivery, and replies.
- A reference for every order. The shopper gets it in the chat and can quote it when you reply.
- Linked to the contact. Their details and the full conversation are saved together in your CRM.
- Statuses you can work. Move each order from New to Confirmed to Done, or cancel it.
- Reply from one inbox. Email or text the visitor back from Kala. Their replies land in the same thread.

Good to know
Or ask Kala. It's live on this page.
Does Kala connect to my store or checkout?
Not yet. Kala works from your product pages, and orders arrive as requests your team confirms. Store integration is on our roadmap.
Can shoppers pay through Kala?
No. Kala takes the order request. Your team confirms it and arranges payment the way you already do.
Will it say something is in stock?
Only if your pages say so. Kala never invents prices, sizes or stock, and tells the shopper the shop will confirm.
Does it work on Shopify or WordPress?
Yes. It works on any site where you can add a script tag, including Shopify, WordPress and Webflow.
